'Terms of service'
Terms of service: Package choice provided shall outline exact details, specifying cost details. Session date & time: No show 10 minutes past session time becomes a no show, Balance Payment due in Full. 1 Reschedule allowed with no loss of Deposit. Additional reschedules will require a Deposit. Cancellation within 24hrs Balance payment is still due in Full. "Sarah Sanders" retains the copyright and will allow the 'booking client', right to share and print for personal use purposes. Any use other than this is restricted and will be denied. (ie editing, photoshopping, marketing, business purposes etc.) Photographer holds right to use images to promote activity on social media business pages, business website, sample portfolios, all falling under "Sarah Sanders Photography". Photographer will make reasonable efforts to meet clients' needs, final creative decisions remain with photographer.
A Deposit paid means acknowledgment and agreement of 'Terms of service'.
